EnterTech is designed to assist learners in attaining the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to enter, maintain, and succeed in entry-level jobs in manufacturing, supply, and service industries.

Transferable job skills are learned through Web-based interaction with virtual co-workers in a computer manufacturing company setting. Employer requirements, learner needs, and educational theory and practice guided the instructional methodology and design of this program.
