Learners enrolled in EnterTech training are treated as new hires of the EnterTech Corporation, a computer manufacturing company. The examples below are part of EnterTech's on-the-job, real-world simulations. They are accessed via a Web browser. Skills and lessons learned while interacting with virtual co-workers are extended into classroom projects.
Note the different co-workers that learners interact with in these modules. Diverse virtual backgrounds set the stage for learners to meet and work with typical company peers, supervisors, and customers. Research shows that learners identify with and relate to their virtual co-workers.
