EnterTech Training Cost Details

Instructor Training Provided

The one-time-only fee for program training by EnterTech's Master Trainer is $1500 for a class of 10 plus travel expenses if applicable. Additional training by the Master Trainer is available at the same price for classes of 10.

EnterTech provides a comprehensive orientation for instructors including introduction to the integrated learning environment and instructional goals, methodologies and management. In addition, an active online community bulletin board connects EnterTech instructors for peer mentoring and support.

Quality assurance for instructors is key to success of the EnterTech program. Class is limited to 10 instructors and includes an equal number of training materials packages.

Day 1: 6-8 hours of instructor training

Learner Training Provided

EnerTech training is licensed at a fee of $375 per learner. It can be customized to fit each sponsoring agencies needs. For example, the 45 hour program can be offered in 1 to 8 hour sessions and also may be offered in an open entry-open exit format. Please note that optimal learning occurs when sessions are organized for 3 hours per day, five days per week for three weeks with class size limited to 10-15.

EnterTech Training Includes These Components

Computer-based curriculum occupies 70% or 30 hours of the total 45 hour program. Upon completion students have attained 44 performance objectives in the following eight learning areas:

  7. Strategy Skills
  8. Growth Skills

Classroom Curriculum occupies 30% or 15 hours of the total 45 hour program. Upon completion students will have demonstrated understanding and have been awarded Certificates of Completion in the following areas:

  1. Safety in the Workplace (Certificate of Completion awarded)
  2. Teamwork (Certificate of Completion awarded)
  3. Quality assurance (Certificate of Completion awarded)
  4. Personal planning
  5. Time management

Performance & Follow-up Progress Report

A Performance and follow-up progress report is included in the fee for each learner. This comprehensive report, compiled by an EnterTech statistical analyst, documents individual learners and whole class performance, employment wage gains, education enrollments and other follow-up results over the 90 days following EnterTech program completion.

 

Instructor Fees

Sponsoring agencies may choose to pay instructors for mentoring 10-15 learners during 45 hours of training plus prep time. EnterTech has experienced several different pay models. Church and law enforcement officials have conducted training as volunteers. Corporate training departments have included EnterTech training as part of their offerings with no additional salary to in-house trainers. When instructors have received pay it has ranged from $900-$1200.

Miscellaneous Fees

Learner training materials described above may be replaced at a cost of $15 per set. Additional instructor training materials described above are available at a cost of $20 per set.

Non-Completion Policy

EnterTech provides a 100% program credit for learners who complete less than 15 hours.
